Strongest Metal Reroof, Proven

TopHat Framing Systems manufactures the industry's strongest metal roof retrofit framing system available. Proudly manufactured in the USA, the TopHat metal reroofing system outperforms Roof Hugger™ by up to 47%!

Engineered for Strength

According to the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) base load testing protocol, installing a roll-formed TopHat section over an existing purlin (8" X 16-gauge zee-shaped purlin spanning a 25'-0" bay) significantly increased both its Gravity Load and Wind Uplift capabilities. Gravity Load increased by up to 106% and Wind Uplift capacity increased by an incredible 141%!

Legacy Framing Systems

Older framing systems such as Roof Hugger™ are no match for the advanced engineering and manufacturing of TopHat. The combination of seamless roll-forming and superior profile give TopHat a 47% advantage in Wind Uplift capacity and 27% better Gravity Load compared to spliced, press-broken alternatives. The TopHat metal reroofing system resets the state of the art.
